The NHAA, Inc. Student Emergency Fund (SEF) is designed to support current students who have an outstanding account balance that prevents registration or graduation. NHAA, Inc. may award up to $5,000; the award amount may vary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Are you currently enrolled at Hampton University?
- Do you have a cumulative GPA of 2.3 or better?
- Do you have an outstanding account balance? SEF award is posted directly to your account to help cover your outstanding balance.
- Is this your first time receiving SEF? You can only receive SEF once; previous recipients are not eligible.
- Have you completed a semester at Hampton University?
If you can answer “YES” to each question above, then you may be eligible for SEF. Hampton University verifies each criteria for applicants before NHAA, Inc. considers whether to award SEF.
